Fix Media Group, Inc, doing business as Freckle (“Freckle“, “we”, “us”, or “our”), empowers digital brands to create interactive, shoppable media. This Privacy Policy describes how Freckle collects, uses and discloses information through our website, freckle.live, (the “Site”), our software, and the services we offer (collectively referred to as the “Services”). This Privacy Policy includes specific information regarding the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

Site VisitorIf you express an interest in our Services and wish to be contacted by us, you will be asked to submit the following information on our Site: full name, wallet address, email address, phone number, company name, job title, wallet address, links to your social media pages, and any data from social media platforms you share with us. You may unsubscribe from our contact list at any time by notifying us at hello@freckle.shop.

Freckle AccountWhen you register to set up an account and use our Services, you will be asked to submit the following personal information: full name, work email address, phone number, company name, job title. To purchase and access our Services, you may be asked to submit payment information, which is collected and processed by our trusted third party payment processor. Freckle does not retain payment information. We also collect information from customers about their use of the Service, such as user session time and activity. This information is used internally for research and to improve our services.

Cookies & Tracking TechnologiesFreckle uses cookies and other tracking technologies to track your use of our Site and Services.
